T.E.C. Casting

Who are we:
"T.E.C. Casting was started with the idea that no job is too big or too small, and that integrity is the key to success.  We NEVER accept a job we can't handle, NEVER forget that an actor is still a person, and NEVER forget our responsibility or commitment to the client or the project!" -Tuffy

Although this company has in its ranks over 20 years of experience, the company itself is only six years old.  Since its inception, we've had the pleasure of working with such acclaimed Directors as, Spike Lee (Do The Right Thing, Malcolm X, Summer Of Sam, Bamboozled), and Sidney Lumet (Network, 12 Angry Men, Dog Day Afternoon, The Wiz and 100 Centre Street).

T.E.C. Casting is comprised of Mr. Tuffy Questell.  He's been an actor/musician all of his life, so he appreciates both sides of the camera and the dedication it requires.  He's been casting since he started in music videos in the late 1980's.  Tuffy is also a regularly seen character on the HIT Nickleodeon Television show, The Naked Brothers Band, playing the bands bodyguard.  Mrs. Serena Rosario-Stanley (Serenatec@gmail.com), who is married (welcome to the family T), is also a former actress, and has been in casting for the last eight years, after being recruited by Tuffy when they worked together on Summer of Sam.  They have been friends for over 20 years.  Mr. Rodney "Ra-Ra" Taylor (Raratec@gmail.com) is the 3rd and final cog to the major machine that makes T.E.C. roll through this film industry.  Ra-Ra has been with T.E.C. for some time.  He was our original scout and head of our street team in 2000.  He understands what edgy is all about and is an important part of what keps us combing the streets for new and fresh talent!!   The rest of T.E.C.'s crew is made up of  Ms. Carrie Leigh. (sorry Carrie, she hates attention!), as well as Roscoe, Michael, Selena, and a host of celebrity interns and assistants!!

**A quick piece of advice, when you send headshots or pictures, make sure that your resume is secured to the photo, that it is cut to the size of the photo and that you have included your best phone numbers and best emails on the resume. I can't tell you how many photos get thrown out because we can't contact the actor.**
